With a nurturing approach, she fosters agility and growth, empowering her team in dynamic environments. Abir’s leadership is defined by her commitment to excellence and her ability to navigate complexities with confidence and creativity.

Samer Al Osh

Samer is a seasoned Chief Audit Executive who brings 18 years of comprehensive experience spanning internal and external audit as well as finance, with a focus on FMCG and manufacturing sectors.

Throughout his career, he played a pivotal role in developing and transforming internal audit departments into a value-added function. As a true business partner, Samer ensures alignment with organizational objectives and upholds the highest standards of quality, independence, and professionalism.

Samer has skillfully led teams in analyzing data and identifying operational inefficiencies, fraud, and non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.

Samer is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the internal audit function, thereby contributing significantly to the overall success of the organization.

Samer holds a Bachelor degree of Accounting from AUST in UAE. He also has professional accounting qualifications from UK, ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales). He is a member of these professional organizations.

Mohammed Ameen

Ameen is our ambitious digital technology transformational leader with over 24 years of invaluable experience in the FMCG sector. He works in a multi-cultural environment with a relentless focus on digital transformations across of all functions. As a regionally recognized CIO, Ameen is known for executing major transformational IT change initiatives and organizational change management. Ameen is a strategic partner, focused on building and delivering IT strategy and solutions aligned with business goals. Leader in process improvement, project management, technology roadmaps, and enterprise solutions delivery and well-experienced in outsourced environments.

Ameen holds a Bachelors degree in Telecommunication from Bangalore University, India.

Maeve Kennedy

With over a decade of dedicated service in the People & Culture field in the UAE, Maeve has amassed extensive expertise in various aspects of HR Management including all levels of recruitment, employee relations and engagement,  organisational design, and employee development. Maeve began her career in Ireland and moved to Dubai. She joined a multinational where her passion for fostering a positive work environment propelled her into more significant roles. Fast forward 10 years, Maeve has two young children and enjoys the busy lifestyle and balancing being a full-time working mother in the UAE. Maeve prides herself in maintaining the happiest and most engaged workforce and to truly nurture our talent.

Maeve holds a Masters Degree in People Management and Development CIPD Level 7 from Middlesex University, Dubai, UAE.

Amanda is our dedicated and resourceful Executive Assistant with a proven track record in providing high-level support to our CEO and senior executives here at Hattan.

With a keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills, she is adept to anticipating the needs of the senior team and ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly.
